John 20:22 Then he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit.
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you will be my witnesses, telling people about me everywhere-in Jerusalem, throughout Judea, in Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Breath is the breath of God filled in us we call it the inner anointing.
The wind is the power of the Holy Spirit came upon us we call it the outer anointing.
We need both to grow and walk in His Kingdom.
The breath of God keeps us growing in the fruit of the spirit and the Wind of God is the power of the Holy Spirit which demonstrates the Kingdom of God how earth being more like heaven in our daily lives.
